1. Respectful conduct Treat support staff, customers, merchants, drivers, chefs, and other users with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, hate, intimidation, stalking, and violence are prohibited.
2. Honest use of the platform Do not create fake accounts, manipulate ratings, submit fake reviews, impersonate others, misuse referral or promo systems, or share accounts in a way that undermines safety or platform integrity.
3. Fraud and payment abuse Fraud, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, stolen payment methods, false claims, and deceptive conduct are prohibited. MMH may restrict features, freeze payouts, or cooperate with service providers and authorities where necessary.
4. Off-platform solicitation Users must not pressure others to move payments, bookings, or delivery arrangements off-platform where role agreements or platform rules prohibit that behavior. Merchants, drivers, and chefs must follow the contract terms that apply to their role.
5. Safety and compliance Users must comply with applicable laws, safety requirements, identity verification standards, and any regulated product or age-gating rules that MMH may introduce in the future.
6. Enforcement Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent bans, withheld payouts where contractually allowed, listing removal, reduced visibility, account restrictions, or legal escalation where appropriate.
