1. Information we collect MMH may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, account credentials, payment metadata, location data, order history, booking history, subscription activity, support communications, onboarding records for merchants, drivers, and chefs, and device or session information needed to secure the platform.
2. How we use information We use personal information to create and manage accounts, process orders and bookings, coordinate deliveries, support subscriptions, provide customer service, prevent fraud, improve platform operations, measure performance, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service-related updates.
3. Sharing MMH shares information on a need-to-know basis. Merchants receive the information needed to prepare and fulfil orders. Drivers receive delivery and routing details. Chefs receive booking and service details. Payment processors receive payment information. Infrastructure and service providers may receive limited information needed to host, support, secure, or analyze the platform.
4. Security MMH uses encryption in transit, access-controlled storage, role-based permissions, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Retention We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, handle disputes, enforce agreements, maintain records, meet tax and accounting obligations, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
6. Access, correction, and deletion Users may request access to their personal information and may request deletion of their data, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, and operational retention requirements. Requests may be verified before completion.

8. Marketing consent Marketing consent is optional and separate from the legal basis required to create and maintain an MMH account. You may opt in or withdraw marketing consent at any time through supported settings or communication preferences.
9. Location data Driver location is tracked during active deliveries for order fulfilment, live tracking, operational support, delivery verification, and issue resolution. Customer and merchant location data may also be used to calculate fulfilment eligibility, dispatching, and service availability.
10. Quebec and Canada privacy rights MMH operates in Canada and presents French-language legal materials for Quebec-facing flows where applicable. If you use MMH in Quebec or choose the French legal view, MMH records the language in which consent was accepted.
